The PCX160 is an RG6/U coaxial video cable specifically designed for digital SDI, HD-SDI and 3G-SDI video transmissions in mobile applications. Its Highflex™ PVC outer jacket in combination with other high-grade materials guarantee a great flexibility, long service life span and accurate signal transmission under all circumstances. The conductor section of 19 AWG is constructed using 7 strands of high purity copper with a thickness of 0,345 mm, resulting in an overall section of 0,65 mm² surrounded by a foamed polyethylene isolator. The dual braided overall shielding consists of two individual layers with a coverage percentage of 95%, guaranteeing the best possible immunity against noise and interference. Compatible with Neutrik NBNC75BRU11.

For ease of installation these bulk cables are provided with an indication on every meter of the cable. This enables installers to have a clear and efficient indication of how many meters they still have available on their reel.

The HD-SDI signal cables offer a transmission speed up to 1.5 Gb/s and can be used for resolutions up to 720p and 1080i.
The 3G-SDI signal cables offer a transmission speed up to 3.0 Gb/s and can be used for resolutions up to 1080p at 60 frames per second.
A stranded copper wire is more flexible and easier to install than a large single-strand wire with the same cross section. Stranding improves wire life in applications where flexibility is needed. A particular cross section of a stranded conductor gives it essentially the same resistance characteristics as a single-strand conductor, but with added flexibility.
The SD-SDI signal cables offer a transmission speed up to 360Mb/s and can be used for resolutions up to 480i and 576i.
