The CLV310A is an active optical HDMI 2.1 cable, designed for transmission of the next generation of 8K video content. It is able to transmit resolutions up to 8K (7680 x 4320p) 4:4:4 at 60 Hz with a bandwidth of 48 Gbps via OM3 optical fiber technology, eliminating the possibility of electronic interference. It is backward compatible with HDMI 2.0 and HDMI 1.4, guaranteeing an optimal and future proof solution for any kind of installation.
Ready for future HDCP 2.3 content encryption, compatible with all current and emerging HDR standards (HLG, HDR-10 and HDR-10+, Dolby Vision, Perceptual Quantizer and SL-HDR-1) and compatible with eARC HD audio standard.
The Semi-Lock™ feature of the HDMI connector increases the withdrawal force of the connector and avoids loose or unstable connections of the HDMI connectors, reducing unwanted signal loss or disconnections.

8K resolution refers to an image or display resolution with a width of approximately 8000 pixels. 8K UHD (7680 × 4320) is the highest resolution defined in the Rec. 2020 (UHDTV) standard.
Unfortunately it is still common for standard HDMI cables to become detached or loosened and create intermittent up to complete signal loss, to avoid these unwanted disconnections the CLV210A has a smart Semi-Lock feature specially designed to up the withdrawal force for unplugging the connector.
Procab™ introduces fiber optic HDMI 2.0 cables for various applications with cable lengths ranging from 10 meters up to 100 meters, both installation cables as well as HighFlex™ armored mobile use cables are available.
The High speed HDMI cables are designed and tested to handle video resolutions of 1080p and beyond, including advanced display technologies such as 4K, 3D and deep Color. This cable is also equipped with an Ethernet cable inside. The additional cable allows to connect all of your electronic devices to the internet, without using an external Ethernet cable for your setup.
The connectors that are fitted with gold plated contacts have the advantage of preventing oxidation and maintain performance after years of use. Another great property of gold is that it is an excellent electrical conductor. For comparison, if pure copper has a relative conductivity of 100 then gold is only 31% lower than copper, while nickel is 76% lower than copper.
The flexible and solid PVC outer jacket makes it the perfect cable for many kinds of applications. The smooth outer jacket provides great and easy pulling capabilities to guide the cable through a truss or around a corner while still offering perfect rolling and unrolling performance for highly demanding mobile applications.
