1 meter sample pack of the CCT60U-Dca. The CCT60U-Dca is a CAT6 installation networking cable compliant to the Dca standard of the Construction Product Regulation (CPR) regarding fire and flammability resistance in fixed installations, minimizing toxic smokes and providing optimal resistance to spreading fire.
In addition to its improved fire properties, the outer jacket of the cabling is smooth and durable for easy installation and pulling. The cable consists of 4 twisted pair cables with solid 23 AWG conductors and a “+” shaped separator. This way, crosstalk and system noise is reduced to a minimum, resulting in higher bandwidth and improved immunity against noise and interference caused by external devices. Providing an optimized solution for 10Base-T, 100Base-TX and 1000Base-T gigabit networks.

The 100Ω cables are ideal for the transmission of digital signals. This impedance is mostly used in our wide range of UTP cables.
The signal cables consist of a solid inner conductor. Typically, you will find solid core wires in situations where the wire is not designed to be continuously flexed and where the wire may be exposed to corrosive elements or adverse weather condition. A solid copper core can achieve an even more compact diameter than a stranded wire with the same current carrying capability.
LSHF stands for Low Smoke, Halogen Free. This term refers to Halogen free flame retardant thermoplastic material used as a sheathing compound in cables. In the event of a fire or when exposed to high levels of heat, the chemicals in the jacket removes heat from the flame, whilst the reaction produces water as a by-product to help quench the flame. As a result, the cable will emit very low levels of smoke, and non-toxic levels of poisonous halogen gasses.
For ease of installation these bulk cables are provided with an indication on every meter of the cable. This enables installers to have a clear and efficient indication of how many meters they still have available on their reel.
CAT6 can handle a 10 gigabit network (10000Mbps at 250Mhz). This cable can bridge distances up to 100 meters.
Class Dca is the most cost effective solution. Depending on your local norms, Dca cables can be used for various applications, keeping costs at a minimum while still offering improved fire performance.
