The PMH224 is a high-quality microphone cable with an ultra flexible outer jacket. This cable was made more rigid, which allows you to effortlessly roll it up, even at longer lengths. Two 24 AWG (0.22 mm²) conductors consisting of 12 copper strands with 0.15 mm thickness are surrounded by a 80-strand braided copper shielding with superior coverage. In combination with the thick and soft PVC outer jacket, this provides a flexible but solid feel while making it able to withstand an extreme amount of bending cycles. An optimal signal transmission is guaranteed due to the low capacitance and use of high-purity copper, while the high-coverage shielding provides a great immunity against interference. These features make the PMH224 perfect for use in professional stage & studio applications.

Bare copper braid shielding provides superior physical protection, while maintaining good flexibility and flex life. These shields are ideal for minimizing interference at all frequencies and have a lower dc resistance than foil.
