The RMC305 is a high quality microphone cable for indoor and outdoor use, and is suitable for mobile and fixed applications.The cable has a highly flexible jacket made of PVC and is easy to handle. Two insulated and twisted conductors of 0.22 mm² are provided inside the cable. The durable shielding gives an excellent protection against interference of all kinds, such as electromagnetic fields caused by dimmers, motors or power cables. The RMC305 is an all-round microphone cable with an O.D of 5,9 mm and is suited for all kinds of applications where reliable signal transmission is needed.

Bare copper braid shielding provides superior physical protection, while maintaining good flexibility and flex life. These shields are ideal for minimizing interference at all frequencies and have a lower dc resistance than foil.
A stranded copper wire is more flexible and easier to install than a large single-strand wire with the same cross section. Stranding improves wire life in applications where flexibility is needed. A particular cross section of a stranded conductor gives it essentially the same resistance characteristics as a single-strand conductor, but with added flexibility.
