Redmere

HDMI stands for high-definition multimedia interface and is the most common standard for transferring high quality uncompressed digital video and data. All modern video projectors, computers and monitors are compatible with this transfer type. An HDMI cables can differ in speed what makes them to achieve higher resolutions.  

The HDMI cables that have the RedMere certificate are equipped with a semiconductor device that allows higher speed rates and makes it possible to bridge greater distances. This makes it possible to transmit 4K resolution up to 15 meters (49 feet).
